Gauguin's Next Step who scored 9.0 on Movement at One Year.

One of only 9 foals in the entire history of the ISR.Oldenburg NA Registry to score a 9.0 on Movement. 

Gauguin's Next Step, nick named Cash,  is a strong bay colt with a star, snip and four matching white socks by Gaugun de Lully out of Step (High Steppin' Granny) thoroughbred Oldenburg NA Main Mare Book Premium Mare who has had three Premium Foals. His name was chosen taking into consideration his mom's name and in recognition of the legacy he must live up to from his prestigious sire who was  an International Grand Prix dressage champion winning Olympic medals, World championships and European championships. Gauguin is the sire of  top foals and under saddle offspring in both North America and Europe, under Swedish, Swiss, Dutch and Oldenburg kuerings. At the ISR/Oldenburg N.A. Mare and Foal Evaluation August 27th, Gauguin's Next Step, aka "Cash", Scored a 9 on Movement. This is the second 9 for gaits for Gauguin offspring. As long as records have been kept by the registry there have been only 9 foals to get a 9 on gaits. (Gauguin has two of them and Ideal has three.) Also, It should be noted, there were only four Gauguin de Lully foals born in the USA this year and Gauguin's Next Step is one of two colts from the group being offered for sale. (None were bred in the USA for 2001) It's early to make a determination, but since Gauguin is gone and the supply of frozen semen nearly depleted, this one should be given serious consideration as a stallion prospect. (Shown on the right at ISR/Oldenburg NA evaluation in 2000.)

INSPIRED — Ranked 2nd in the Nation  among all foals in North America out of 533 Foal presented to the ISR/Oldenburg Registry in 1999! I am overjoyed to announce that Intrepid now belongs to Whitney Wiggins of Puyallup Washington. Her parents, Bob & Debbie Wiggins bought him for her as a surprise Christmas gift. We kept the whole sale a secret until Whitney was home for Christmas break from WSU and we could plan the surprise. I have to tell you there was not a dry eye in the barn on Saturday when Whitney walked in and saw Intrepid all dressed up in gold bows. It was a very special moment that I will never forget. It is wonderful to see how much she loves him and how much he loves her.

Luke is a very athletic horse who demonstrates equal talent for dressage or jumping. As a foal he was First Premium and the 4th highest scoring foal in the nation with scores of 8.5 straight across the board. His 4 years of
in-hand show experience were capped by winning his 3 year old Dressage Materiale Class in excellent company. During free jumping he demonstrated scope, power, and excellent technique. INJOY is an elegant 6-year-old Oldenburg Mare by # 1 ranked Ideal* and out of an Argentinus and Gepard granddaughter. 16 hand Chestnut with left rear  fetlock and small star on forehead. 11th at East Coast Inspection championships and was Champion filly at Oldenburg Inspections same year. Eligible for permanent placement in either registry of your choice. Has been imprinted and handled since birth by owner and is easily clipped, bathed, vetted, etc.  She is elegant as well as intelligent. Congratulations to Kathy Fabergas of El Cajon, California on acquiring Immagic a handsome grey 1999 Oldenburg branded colt out of a MMB TB mare Alleluia Dancer. Kathy, who is a Law Enforcement Officer for San Diego Habor Police, trains with noted Event Rider Laura Norman of Lucky Kid Farm in Jamul, California. Kathy plans to start Immagic as a Hunter-Jumper. 

Kathy set out to acquire an IDEAL because of another IDEAL offspring named Icaras who is in Laura Norman's barn and making a name for himself as a Hunter Jumper as part of Laura Norman's Program. Icaras was bred by Kim Congdon-Braim of Washington.

Gorgeous Premium black filly going grey with lots of presence.  Four small white socks and blaze.  Very athletic and elegant.  Moves well enough for dressage and yet shows excellent jumping capabilities.  She has a wonderful disposition, yet is very forward going and brave.  Wants to please and picks up training concepts very easily.  Should mature to 16h.  The under saddle portion of the video was taken when Inspired was only 2 weeks under saddle.  You can definitely see her willingness and capability.  Located in Fullerton, California.
